About Vingeo
Vingeo is an independent vehicle-history service built in Georgia, for the way cars are actually bought here: imported, auction-sourced, and negotiated on incomplete information.
A huge share of vehicles on Georgian and Eastern European roads began their second life at a US salvage auction. The auction listing — the declared damage, the yard photos, the odometer at sale — is the most honest document that car will ever have. Then the listing disappears, and the knowledge asymmetry flips to the seller.
Vingeo fixes that: we archive auction listings permanently the first time anyone checks a VIN, pair them with official NHTSA factory and recall data, and present the result as a document a buyer can actually read. Every section names its source, and what we can't verify, we say so.
Principles
- Sources named, always. No section appears without saying where its data came from.
- No invented history. Sections we can't fill honestly are absent, not faked.
- The archive only grows. Once a VIN is checked, its record and photos stay available.
